This is an abbreviated episode as Bruce has no special guest this month, but rather, talks about what he has done to help a European client gain some added north American exposure at the NXTcomm conference this month in Chicago, IL.
By the way, in the photo above, Bruce had the very rare opportunity to hug The Stanley Cup, the "holy grail" of professional hockey. This is in honor of his beloved Anaheim Ducks winning the trophy this June.
Our special guest for the July episode will be Simon Kears, the Marketing Manager for Nexus Media Communications, the organization responsible for putting on the ECOC (European Conference on Optical Communications). This year's event will be in Berlin, German in mid-September, and Simon will not only discuss his stories of working with various PR & marketing folks, but what it's like ... the trials and tribulations ... of organizing and putting on a major trade show in a different country each year.
